of peoples' requirements are very similar. Most people want something:
Surprisingly, most companies fail to meet these requirements. They either get something that fits their requirements but is too expensive, or they get something less expensive but of inferior quality limited in colour options and often badly designed. |
| Why use Designer Kitchen
Co? It is this gap in the market I am endeavouring to fill. To this end, I have designed a semi custom range of units called the "Designer Series". They are well designed, quality units. I have negotiated good rates with all our suppliers making this a cost effective solution to what would otherwise be an over expensive exercise. Even trends overseas show how companies buying in bulk, negotiate better rates for raw materials, enabling them to pass on savings to their customers. I haven't cut corners by using cheaper products and materials, we have stuck with quality doors, tops and hardware. |

With my knowledge of kitchen
design and manufacture, I have 'averaged out' what clients have required over the past few
years and have come up with an inexpensive range of units which can be easily adapted to
fit most rooms. Being semi-custom, if you have your heart set on a certain unit or colour
that isn't in the range, we just incorporate it. That way you don't have to compromise to
get a better priced kitchen. (However, to keep the price down it is best to select units
from within the Designer Series range). As regards our colour range, we have a large range to choose from. |
| I cater for all clients. I
am able to design one-off kitchens when required and can be flexible by including or
excluding delivery, installation and/or project management. I also supply ex-factory to
developers and builders and are ready to negotiate on multi-unit discounts. I offer a five year guarantee on our workmanship and pass on guarantees from our suppliers. 1. As there are many decisions to be made on a new kitchen it is important that all decision makers are present on all consultations.
2. Our initial consultation - No charge and written quotes - No charge.
FULL CONTRACT (including Installation) - 40% of price (+GST) upon accepting quote and signing contract and further 40% of price (+GST) when manufacture is complete but prior to supply and installation. Balance of price (+GST upon completion of supply and installation.
EX- FACTORY CONTRACT (Excluding Installation) - 40% of price (+GST) upon accepting quote and signing contract and balance of price (+GST) when manufacture is complete but prior to shipping.
